Our customer contact centre has won multiple awards at the "2016 HKCCA Awards" organized by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association ("HKCCA"), including:

After three rounds of assessments, BCT earned the highest score both within its industry category and across all industry categories, sweeping the awards mentioned above.                                                               Upon completion of your enrollment
                                                              • Notice of Participation will be sent to your employees within five working days upon receipt of the enrollment form.
                                                              • Email or SMS notification will be sent to your employees for retrieving a verification code, which could be used for password set up via member website afterwards.
