                                                              Special Postal and Bank Services Arrangements Make Contributions Electronically

                                                              In light of the latest developments of the novel coronavirus, Hongkong Post has announced special arrangements for postal services from 3 to 9 February, including the shortening of the operation hours of post offices, and providing mail delivery and mail collection on alternate days (Please refer to Hongkong Post website for details). Meanwhile, certain BCT's Designated Banks have announced closure of selected branches or temporarily change the business hours of the branches as a preventive measure to safeguard the health of customers.

                                                              To avoid delay in making contributions due to the above special arrangements (especially during the time of the impact of the novel coronavirus), we encourage you to make contributions with electronic means, which is a more secured and convenient option:

                                                              • Submit Remittance Statement electronically through "BCT Employer Website"
                                                              • Make MPF payment via electronic channels, such as eCheuqe and PPS

                                                              You can also click here to find out other MPF Contribution Authorized Channels. Please note the direct deposit and cheque drop-in box services at the Designated Banks may be affected due to the above special arrangements. The following information is what we understand to be the relevant announcements published by the Designated Banks. The information is for your reference, please visit their websites or check with the banks directly for the latest arrangements:

                                                              Chong Hing Bank
                                                              The business hours of all branches have been temporarily adjusted with effect from 4 Feb until further notice: 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:30am to 12:00nn on Saturday. (Certain branches are closed on Saturdays)

                                                              CMB Wing Lung Bank
                                                              Certain branches have been temporarily closed from 3 Feb onwards until further notice. The business hours of other branches have been temporarily changed until further notice: 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. (Certain branches are closed on Saturday)

                                                              Dah Sing Bank
                                                              Temporarily changing the business hours of all branches: 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday during the period from 1 to 8 Feb

                                                              Fubon Bank
                                                              Temporarily changing the business hours of all branches: 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 12:30pm on Saturday during the period from 3 to 8 Feb

                                                              ICBC (Asia)
                                                              Certain Branches and all the Personal Banking Centres have been closed from 3 Feb until further notice

                                                              OCBC Wing Hang
                                                              Certain branches have been temporarily closed from 3 Feb until further notice

                                                              Public Bank
                                                              Temporarily changing the business hours of all branches with effect from 4 Feb until further notice: 9:00am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday, and closed on Saturday

                                                              Shanghai Commercial Bank
                                                              Starting from 8 Feb, the Bank will temporarily close all of its branches on Saturday until further notice
